“Wanted a cheap rug for the living room as used as play area for my baby. Bought Ziegler 7709 which is great value for money and looks great. Was worried that it would feel really pasticy but it is fine (obviously different to a wool/silk rug). Delivery was very quick would buy again from this company.”

“The rug I purchased is excellent value for money and better than I expected. Delivery was quoted as Wednesday, but using the tracking service , I could see that there was a days delay and the rug was delivered on Thursday as indicated. The emails that I received kept me informed of the progress of the order, which was appreciated. I shall recommend you to my friends and family. Thanks.”

“The Rugstore webpage was easy to navigate. If you are certain you know what colour/style you want then it's a doddle. Having received my order I would say that the picture on the web is a good representation of the colours on the rug. I ordered 2 rugs and 2 non-slip mats to go underneath. The rugs are excellent quality and look good on the floor of the bedroom - one either side of the bed. The non-slip mats enable you to move the rug for cleaning without having to lift them up each time, but stop you from sliding across the floor when you step onto them. E-mails from Rugstore let you know what stage your order is at and you can track it if you want to. Delivery was quicker than estimated and the rugs were packed well. All in all a good experience. I would shop with them again.”

“Very pleased with our purchase! The rug looks even better than it did online and such good value. Very efficient customer service (the first order I placed was unavailable and I was quickly refunded) and swift delivery. One thing I was disappointed in was the underlay as it stated on the website to order the size closest to the rug and it would be cut to fit - which it wasn't. Had I known this I would have ordered the smaller underlay.”
