“Sent an email to confirm the availability as rug is out of stock with other suppliers, received prompt positive response, so placed order and received rug couple of days later. Better price than John Lewis - thanks”

“WHEN I INITIALLY PLACED THE ORDER FOR MY RUG IT WAS NOT IN STOCK AND I WAS INFORMED THAT DUE TO UNCERTAINTY AS TO HOW LONG IT WOULD BE BEFORE IT WAS BACK IN STOCK THE ORDER WOULD BE CANCELLED. VERY SHORTLY AFTER THE RUGSTORE CALLED ME TO SAY THEY HAD BEEN INFORMED THAT IT WOULD BE IN STOCK ON THE FRIDAY IF I STILL WANTED TO ORDER IT. BY TUESDAY I WAS THE PROUD OWNER OF THE RUG. THE STAFF MEMBERS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE RUG TOO SO I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.”

“I have bought three different styles of rugs varying in expense but I must say that the quality is brilliant on all of them. I found the website easy to use and the contact from ordering to delivery excellent. The delivery time was also as stated. All in all a very good professional company that I would not hesitate to recommend.”

“Excellent service. Immediate response to order saying that the rug was on its way to the warehouse. Then about 3 days later a message saying that the rug had been despatched with a 24 hour courier. The following day the rug arrived. Good price, good quality, no issues.”

“I searched for ages for a hall runner with no success until I found the great selection on RugStore NE and I was delighted to find just what I was looking for.
