“Good communication from rug store, nice people to deal with. 1st rug had to be sent back due to the rug being smaller than what was stated online. Replacement rug was perfect.”

“Very impressed by the rugstoreNE. Spoke to Wayne a couple of times regarding availability and arrival of stock - very friendly & professional. I've just moved house so have been ordering quite a few things and I have to say this was the easiest transaction. The picture & colour of the rug was accurate to what featured on the internet. The rug turned up on the day that was expected (so I didn't have to take time out to go to the parcel depot). Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you RugstoreNE - you have restored my faith in good internet operators!!”

“I was extremely impressed with the quality of the rug I ordered, it looks even better in real life than it did on the website (perhaps an opportunity for improvement as the pictures really did not do it justice). Delivery was speedy and I was kept informed at all stages of my order. Thank you. My home now looks cosy and smart.”

“If customer service could score an Excellent it would ... Wayne and his colleagues have been superb in dealing with me, my changing mind the huge gaps between making decisions and all in the most charming and helpful way. I was very nervous about buying on line but the first rug has been perfect ... the second taken back and exchanged without issue and all being well it will be third time lucky ... if not I know they will sort it out wonderfully. Excellent experience and one I would thoroughly recommend.”

“Purchased rug but on arrival found it to be full of 'static' due to the surface of floor adjacent to rug, after contacting supplier who was most helpful and understanding, we replaced it with another type which we have found to be most suitable. Will certainly recommend for quality and service.”

“Service was very good and I was kept informed by email on a regular basis. I loved the rug I ordered and it met almost all my expectations apart from the colour was much paler than it was on the website, but appreciate that colour images can vary considerably it would be helpful to maybe have a note re the colour variation on the website.”
