“Excellent service. There was a problem with the original item I ordered not being on the shipment but RugStoreNE were quick to inform me both by telephone and by e-mail - giving me details on when they would have the item in stock and giving me suggestions on similar alternative products that I may be interested in if I prefered to take that route rather than wait (they also refunded the money immediately when they realised there was a problem with the order). They got the second order dispatched to me immediately - I received it within 48 hours. A couple of emails had gone back and fourth during this process to amend my order - RugStoreNE were very quick to respond to them - I can not fault the service. Thank you! And very happy with the product - very good quality - completely matched the image and description!!”

“Very pleased with the service from Rug Store - hadn't heard of them before so didn't really know what to expect, but they had rugs I liked at a very reasonable price so decided to give them a go. Their communication was excellent - after placing the order online I received an email quite quickly saying that the items were expected to be in stock within 7-10 days. I was a bit disappointed about the wait but this was followed up by a phone call a day or so later to say that stock had come in earlier than expected and they could arrange for it to be delivered to me the very next day if that was convenient. The rugs then arrived at about 9.30 am the next day - so all in all only took about 4 days from order to delivery which I think is very good. Would definitely use Rug Store again.”

“Most impressed with the range and colours and sizes of rugs available. Delivery was on the day stated. The rugs were accurate for colour and texture as shown on line and I was so pleased with them that I have ordered three more rugs.”

“Very pleased with my purchase. Unfortunately after ordering and paying for my rug I received an email to say it was not in stock. This is my reason for only four stars. I was kept informed of progress though and the rest of the transaction was fine. I would order from them again.”

“ANYONE THINKING ABOUT WHICH RUG COMPANY TO BUY FROM CAN DO NO BETTER THAN CHOOSE 'THE RUGSTORE' N.E!! THEIR RUGS ARE BEAUTIFUL, THEIR PRICES VERY FAIR WITH FREE DELIVERY TOO. THEIR FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE & HELPFUL ADVICE IS AN ADDED BONUS . I'VE BOUGHT 3 LOVELY INDIAN "JEWEL" RUGS FROM THE 'RUGSTORE' IN THE PAST 4 YEARS. THE MOST RECENT 2 DAYS AGO. I WAS KEPT INFORMED AT ALL TIMES REGARDING EXPECTED DATE OF DELIVERY & RECEIVED THE FINAL CONFIRMATION DATE BY TELEPHONE. WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE?? HA! HA!”
