“The rug I ordered was at a very good price in their sale (around half the price I'd found elsewhere). The photo of the rug was an accurate colour. It's always a risk buying online without seeing the item, especially furnishings, but I'm delighted now the rug is in situ. A quality product with a nice design. It's my first purchase from Rugstore NE and I'd happily recommend them.”

“From my initial enquiry through to the delivery I found RugStore most helpful and efficient. Waine was so obliging, even helping me out with colour samples...although I doubt that they would be able to this for every customer! The chosen rug was Fading World 8255 Grey Turquoise which looks absolutely fabulous on Slate floors. I also purchased the none slip underlay which gives the rug a slight cushion. I would highly recommend this company and would be happy to deal with them again. From 'The Lady from Cornwall'”

“Very friendly & efficient service when ordering & organised prompt delivery. When delivery almost went wrong (nothing to do with rugstore) they were actively involved in sorting the problem & maintained prompt communication with me. Would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a rug.”
