“I have been looking for this hard to find rug on the internet for weeks. Everyone I spoke to had to source the rug for me from their supplier and one company said they had it in stock, I paid them and 8 days later I insisted I had my money back. Being a bit annoyed and wary of buying from the internet, I came across rugstoreNE. I rang them up paid over the internet and was totally amazed when they said delivery would be the next day! Sure enough the next day the rug arrived (its totally beautiful) as promised. The service is just outstanding, the staff polite and to get it delivered the next day shows that they mean what they say. No hassle, straightforward excellent customer service. Don't go to the rest go the BEST rugstoreNE.”
