“My first purchase went smoothly, including the shipping. The only issue is that the item description wasn't complete. I bought tubs and a lid. The tubs are very sturdy, but the lid doesn't latch onto the tub; it just sits on it, and very loosely, so I have to tie it down and untie it every time I need to get into it. This isn't just a minor detail, and it seems like it may have been left out on purpose. For bussing it would be fine, but not for food storage.”
