“Delivery was prompt. Price was good. Product is terrible. I bought a set of salt and pepper grinders and paid extra for Peugeot. The pepper grinder works well but the salt grinder is terrible. It doesn’t work. I contacted the company and they said my purchase was final sale so there’s nothing they can do, so I am left as an unhappy customer. Would not buy from this company again when there are so many alternatives.”

“The Quality of these products are fine, but none of them fit the standard pieces they were supposed to go in. Te lids were too small to make a seal and the risers were too big to fit in the cambros.”

“Sorry but that grater was a rip off, it wasn’t even assembled right at the factory, do I need a wobbling grater… no I got the stable better made kitchenaid one today for a dollar more. I’m sure any professional chef would chuck junk like this.”

“Equipment is not working. Once the fryer reaches operating temperature, it shuts off and won't come back on. Trips the reset button. Please send the return information.”
