“I realized I needed to change the size of container and lids about 12 hrs after I had placed the order. They responded quickly and helped me make the change to my order. After the change, my grand total became a few dollars less than the minimum for free shipping, but I was not charged extra. Shipping was really fast, in my opinion. It wasn’t next day, but it was maybe 2-3 days after ordering. All the items I received are authentic. The containers and lids feel like they’re of good quality. Got one Zeroll and one Volrath disher. The Zeroll was in a box but it was all smashed in. The actual product does not seem affected. They have the best prices for these dishers, so I am still happy. Overall, I highly recommend. I just wish the free shipping minimum is less. I want to buy more things from them but it won’t reach the minimum for free shipping, so I’m holding off.”

“The knife itself is good, but when purchasing a $400 knife as a gift you would hope to get a box that looks new. The knife we received had been opened and not put away properly and the box was quite destroyed and had to be taped up before being wrapped.”
