This company that appeared legitimate but turned out to be a sophisticated scam. They initially lured me in with promises of high returns on investments, supported by what seemed to be professional advice and convincing performance reports. Over time, they gained my trust, and I invested a significant amount of money—$93,000 in total. After I made the investment, communication started to dwindle, and when I tried to withdraw my funds, they either delayed the process or ignored my requests altogether. Awful experience. Table arrived completely the wrong colour. How on earth they couldn't see it was wrong is beyond me! Asked to to get it corrected. They said if they thought it was the right colour then it would cost £200 to correct it! Shouldn't have to pay for their crappy job! Clearly don't listen to the customer at all...was an absolute nightmare to get hold of them, having to chase them every 5 mins. I had to strip the table myself. Will NEVER buy from the again. AVOID!!!

This has to be the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. I have been fighting with this company following finding faults in all four stools I purchased. Yes this July 2022. I have been fob off time and time again. I’ve actually requested for them to come and view the faults after sending numerous photos. Their customer service care is the worst I’ve ever had to endure. If you purchase these stools watch out for the rods on the seat of the stools as mine were cut shorts which means left a gap/dip. I’ve asked about their complaints process and nothing. Even asking for their owners email address. I wish you luck with this company. They will most certainly take this review down but trust me I’ll continue to post it as had enough of being treated in a terrible manner!!! Tried to upload photos but what a surprise wouldn’t let me!!!

Hopeless. Ordered one stool - was sent 2. Assembled the stool, it wouldn't assemble properly and wasn't what we wanted so returned both. Ordered a table also - order was marked as "fulfilled" - this before we had got the table. The company then lost the bag of screws that we had returned in the box with the stools and refused to give us a refund. Typical of the incompetence in the country nowadays.

Awful customer service!I have asked 3 times for a refund as the item I bought was not as advertised and or fit for purpose, they kept trying to replace it or skirting around the issue, no reply yet I’ve lost nearly £60!!!

table arrived damaged and matter still not resolved after 2 weeks. I did not order a damaged table, I don't care if this is the fault of the courier or who made the table but I am not paying for a damaged item. Poor customer service.
