"New plush dog outfits arrived super speedily. Was slightly apprehensive that the measurements advice was awry as looked big in the bag - but fitted like a glove ! Love the neck Velcro too. Only slight disappointment was the zip goes from neck down whereas personally for my dog would be easier to zip partially from tail before putting paws in. Minor issue on well made, comfy, good value outfits."

"Product was just what I wanted but there are some manufacturing faults - mostly poor stitching including left hand warmer pocket being stitched to the outside gusset pocket so you can\u2019t get a hand in fully. QC checks need improving. Returned for a replacement."

“I would leave half a star if i could. Point 1 - boots not fit for purpose, purchased the boots and had a half hour fitting process whereby we were duped in to buying the shoes as "reliable and long lasting" and even bought the paired socks. These left awful blisters after just 20 minutes of walking on my partners ankles which are now left with a scar. Point 2 - customer service is terrible, submitted a response to have to wait for over a month with no response - reassured i would get one and ultimately had to call twice to be told that we were at fault because they dont fit. We spent 30 minutes getting fitted by your members of staff so i would strongly disagree with this statement. Point 3 - Poor glue, sharp joins and poor materials. Don't buy unless you want your feet to look like this, i will be posting this on all platforms until acknowledgment of design fault and not fit for purpose. Save yourself time and just go ahead and buy a much better boot like a Fairfax and Favour pair.”

“I bought a coat for my dog. The size is a little big after I measured my dog but still big. It absolutely does the trick. I think there should be a part for the lead to go through the back of the coat when dogs wear a harness. Other than that very happy with the product.”

“Both polo shirts are perfect, high quality with nice pops of contrast colour at buttons and side hem. Sadly whilst the pink sweatshirt is lovely quality too and fitted perfectly on sleeve length and chest, it is ridiculously long, think the ad should state for height 5'9" - I am 5'4", sadly couldn't return as my excitable labrador jumped up at me with his dirty paws whilst trying on - obviously liked pink!!”

“This was my first ordering from Ryedale. Bought the Panama hat and the sock offer, buy 2 get 3rd free. The parcel came within 3 days, I paid for the quicker postal for £2.99 (considering in lockdown). It was all package well. My purchases were of great quality and price was amazing. I didn't need to return anything but doesn't seem a bother, if you need to. Well done Ryedale, keep up the good work. I'll definitely be a returning customer.”

“The product arrived on time but unfortunately it was too small. After several attempted to request a return slot I ended up doing it manually. It cost me £8.99 to return my goods although your website states £2.99 for second class return. I emailed you but have had no response. That was over a week ago. After sales service poor. I have bought many Rydale goods from game fairs so disappointed with your lack of response.”

“Package arrived okay however there was a few issues. Button came off of the pocket the first time I opened it. One if the main poppers was the wrong type so the button wont close and the loop for hanging was only stitched on one side. Very poor quality but I've kept as it was only for dog walking.”

“Ordered this online as I’ve been after this style belt for ages but couldn’t justify paying over £60 from other brands,it’s safe to say I’m in love with it,the sizing is perfect and I just love the colours ,it’s really good value for money and I definitely can’t fault the quality,if only the colour bits extended a bit further so I can show off my lovely new belt even with a coat on,overall I’ll definitely consider buying another,hopefully a blue one could be released in the future 🤞🏻”

“I’ve had trouble finding a hat to fit me for year so fact that you had different sizes to choose from was brilliant. I’m not a big person but I do have a larger circumference around my head so I was over the moon when it came... and I love it, for the money I’m amazed Thankyou x”

“Sadly the hat arrived with the top of the hat all dinted and out of shape. I rang customer service regarding advice on how to get the hat back into shape followed up by an email. As yet I'm still awaiting a response. I would have given a higher score if I'd have had a response. Besides all of the above the design and colour of the hat are fab”

“Customer services are very abrupt and unhelpful The company sent incorrect size but denied it was their mistake And told me I would have to pay for the returns even though my account doesn’t state the size ordered I bought item as a gift which arrived in a box scuffed and battered I was a regular customer but will never use again due to very poor customer service”
