“I’d like to command Juan and his whole crew for professionally helping me to deal with a urgent messy critter-in-chimney situation. We do not use our chimney, and the cap apparently was placed poorly by the previous contractor. Juan inspected the problem quickly and was able to get a crew to come in the next morning to take out the critter nest, clean the whole chimney, reenforce the chimney cap, all within a few hours. Juan was patient and went through the problems and issues he saw thoroughly with me, and the rest of the crew are all incredibly friendly and efficient.
