“Mike was the technician who worked on servicing and the maintenance of my gas fireplace. He was courteous, respectful, arrived as scheduled. He also had proper PPE, which included gloves, booties, and a respirator. He protected adjacent areas to the fire place with drop cloths. He replaced our previously defective fireplace wall switch which allowed steady ignition of the log flames and turned off and on the flames. He performed thorough final cleanup and demonstrated the operation of the fireplace log flames before leaving.”
