Booked a cruise. Saga cancelled us at very short notce (7 days from sailing). Still unable to get a refund. 30 min hold whenever you phone. An ongoing disaster

I'll never insure with Saga again after their blatant attempt at ripping me off with a near doubling of renewal premium for home and contents insurance. Prior to that I was also overcharged and they refused to repay my money "because they don't refund if the amount is under £5". Other companies offer a much better service.

I have just changed address, and my husband received a refund on his motor policy, as did my daughter - Saga charged an additional £35, plus an admin fee of £25, or I could spend £50 admin fee canceling the policy.

I asked Ron Law and Saga to refund me £24 (which they agree I should be refunded) but both keep fobbing me off with excuses of "somebody will ring you", we're escalating this to full complaint", "please wait while I'll speak to the Dept.
