hi irecently had a renewal letter from saga to renew my car ins on the 12/4/20. but having a death in the family forgot about it i eventually phoned up for a renewal on the 14/4/20 only to be told by one of your agents that because of covid 19 you were not renewing any car ins and was directed to use direct line i was absolutely gobsmacked. ithen said that i always use saga he said he did not care and rang off SO having been left with no car ins i shopped around and had a very good quote from axa

I am appalled by SAGA'S attitude to it's clients..especially when making a house claim..no empathy, bad customer service. Their surveying company give assumptions not facts. They will decline your claim without full surveyor report..I recommend you never use them. Your wasting good money, with no assurances.

What a disgrace of a company you have become.Management have been running the company like a corner hole in the wall sandwich bar. Company deserves to go into receivership and the whole lot of you made redundant . Disgrace the way you have treated small shareholders like me who have stuck by you and now lost part of their life savings

I would like to know why Saga obstruct car insurance renewal, falsify car insurance records (claims), are unhelpful, unresponsive and generally very difficult to deal with? Also, why Saga are happy to breach FCA guidelines?
