“As previous reviews of online service. Leaking wellies, brand new, leading brand - MuckBoot. Photos, videos etc. and they refuse to replace, I have to send them away for repair. Ludicrous in middle of winter.
They use third party customer service and are completely intransigent. I have previously used Sam Turner for lots of different farm items. Never had problem before.”
“Good product, woeful packaging. Cardboard box 'secured' by single strand of sellotape. No internal packing, bottom of box fell apart when lifted out of delivery van. If product not robust would certainly have been damaged. Good product, friendly company, packing staff have let them down badly.”
