“I put in an order over a month ago, tracking worked for a few days then stopped working, have contacted customer support multiple times asking where my package is, always being told different things ‘it’s with the delivery driver’ ‘it’s in customs pending taxes’ ‘I will get a call from the delivery company’ (and never get a call) now I just get ‘we will let you know if we have any updates’ I’ve asked for my money back multiple times and they ignore the request but! Do not purchase from this business!”
“I ordered from them and paid extra for federal express and the product was not delivered . I also immediately filed a federal express loss package and contacted the company opening a ticket with them. with no response I called them where i was belittled and talked to like a 5th grader when ask to speak with manager she hung up. when i called back pick and hang up. They refused to give back my money or replace product. non of which will be done”

“Ordered extra, paid, order never sent, customer service is rubbish. They asked me to call my card company. The bank told me that they tried a further two times to withdraw the value. this shows that they are thieves. They have my money and they don't want to send the product”

I have been waiting for a refund for 6 months for an order I did not receive. The order was returned due to problems with customs and so documented. Sameday supplements has refused to refund the money for 6 months and serves me excuses for this on a weekly basis. Scammers”
