They said that it was escalated multiple times to the back end of returns and finance (what a joke).

As soon as this watch returns repaired (whether this side of Christmas) is anyone's guess it's going on ebay.

Would stand about 1m high and very heavy to move! I searched customer returns policy soon after receiving and the ONLY information showing after a couple of variations related to mobile phones.

Absolute trash, buy anything else. Will sell faulty products and waste hours of your time refusing returns or any support. Samsung is evil.

Broken promises, reps end chat and calls, worst returns and refunds, not understanding what I say. Literally the worst experience ever. Multiple times!

I arranged a return for my TV 6 times, and no one showed up then they said I missed the returns deadline.

Unfortunately by the time we had decided for sure they didn't work properly it was day 22 since purchasing, taking us out of the 21 day returns policy (which is an absolutely immoral period for electronics and not clearly mentioned when purchasing) When I contacted customer services the first response was 'Well if you knew they were broken why did you not return them within 21 days' I was then passed from rude accusatory chav to other rude chavs, back a forth for days, I got passed around and told to call different numbers, who told me to call different numbers.
