Unfortunately by the time we had decided for sure they didn't work properly it was day 22 since purchasing, taking us out of the 21 day returns policy (which is an absolutely immoral period for electronics and not clearly mentioned when purchasing)
When I contacted customer services the first response was 'Well if you knew they were broken why did you not return them within 21 days'
I was then passed from rude accusatory chav to other rude chavs, back a forth for days, I got passed around and told to call different numbers, who told me to call different numbers.
