“I’m updating a previous review of 3 stars because after inly a month there were threads coming out. However, customer service was great (once I got a hold of them!). They were able to give me a discount code on another item, with free shipping. So I was thankful my issue got resolved and I hope my new towel doesn’t have any problems!”
