“This is the worst customer service and product I have ever bought. I ordered from their website a pair of shoes SIZE 5. I received a pair of shoes SIZE 6. They asked for pictures of the label twice and replied that they sent the correct size although the bag's label indicated 5 and the shoe sole 6. They take no responsibility for deceitful advertising claiming that the size 6 in EUR is size 5 in US but that is not communicated during the purchase process. The product quality is HORRIBLE bad finishing and low quality materials in shoes and clothing. Be aware of these trash products from China.”
“I just received my boots a few days ago. I was worried about the price of shoes and the quality of the shoes. But after receiving the shoes, it looks very good. I waited a little more than two weeks, asked their customer service, and immediately gave me a reply. After another three days, the shoes are here. I think I will still buy it on this website next time.”
“The sandals I got don’t match the pictures exactly. The material is slightly off and the quality isn’t the best. I will say they’re decently comfortable. However, it took over a month for shipping. There were about 3 weeks where my shipment couldn’t be tracked at all. I emailed the company and they did respond, but lacked any information and kept asking me to just wait. For the prices and the time it takes to get the shoes, I will not purchase from the company again.”
