“It was a pleasant experience. I returned my Maeva Barbour utility jacket for size . It was 14 . Though the postage goes to the client . Surprisingly it reached them the next morning .In between I ordered size 16 with out waiting for the refund . It is true their order reaches the next day . Both orders reached me on time . The refund was done accurately. Very quick . Highly recommend to shop with sandersons . Hope they keep up with their standards . Katie Allen and Nicole seemed quite helpful all through the process”

“Love this store… such an easy online experience as well.. DPD lost my parcel, no fault of store, and it was rectified immediately on speaking to Sanderson’s customer service, I was so surprised because my call was answered almost immediately and a lovely customer service person assured me it would be sorted and just like that it was!!!! Something you don’t experience anymore. So pleased with my purchase I will definitely be using Sanderson’s again. Thank you 🙏”

“Ordered item, came promptly and nicely wrapped - unfortunately I wanted to return the item and due to the returns policy it cost me £10. This would put me off using them for future online shopping unless I’d tried the item first somewhere else”

“Though my parcel was delivered really quickly, thankyou, it was a straw hat packaged in just a plastic bag so arrived completely bent and dented out of a shape I’m still trying to get it back to. The straw has also splintered slightly. Overall not very happy and doubt I’ll wear the hat as it’s struggling to reshape.”
