“£50.00 complaint compensation because I tried to pay £2800 and my card was rejected. It’s was so embarrassing! I would have preferred my card to work when it’s got so much money in the account, not only could I pay £2800 I had enough in to buy the company too..”
“Not really happy. Branch ok but still chasing Bond Cert as proof of my investment. I called 0800 number eventually called branch number but charged for the call. Very frustrating. I will not invest with them again if this is not sorted.”
