“ I’m sorry to write this - and especially as what I received originated from a gift card sent by one of their most ardent customers. One of the three plants that was ordered and delivered was dried out and despite efforts has not been able to be saved. Wrote to SR within two days of its delivery and then 10 days later - no response. ”

“ Appalling company. My delivery kept being postponed then finally cancelled. They said they would refund. They haven't. I emailed to complain. No reply. I phoned and the automated message said phone lines were closed!! ”

“ Hazel cells ordered in April to quickly fill and get going in a prepared gap in a mixed hedge - delivery cited and paid for as in a few days - finally arrived 14 June, hight of heat wave, all leaves crisped, no msg or idea as to still alive, near dead or dead. ”
