It saddens me to say that, having been a great admirer of Sarah Raven for many years, I will no longer be purchasing her lovely plants simply because the choice of deliveries by Evri fails to meet customer expectations. Although very well packaged plants are being despatched to me, the boxes are being crushed as though being thrown around with much heavier Evri despatches. I’m not prepared to accept such heavy plant losses

Why is it that a company that was doing so well has become an absolute shambles where their administration concerning problems seems to be non-existent. The use of technology chatbot is a very bad move for customer service. I shall not be using them again. Despite repeated generated messages that somebody would contact me over 10 days, nothing has happened. They will owe me a lot of money if they don’t cancel the order that I’ve asked for.

my plants have not been delivered, no proper customer service, I cannot track my order as its not found. paid for a lot of plants, wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering as I agree with all the bad reviews do not buy from them they should stop taking orders they cannot respectively fill. only reply comes from a chat.

What a sad end. This is last order I will ever place with Sarah Raven. My order was placed in March and I was relying on the order for my summer pots. My patience is exhausted. AI responses to my questions regarding status of my order are incorrect and unhelpful and after numerous emails I am still waiting for a positiver response from SR. Evri say the plants were damaged and returned to SR who are saying the order was fulfilled. I’m totally exasperated and disappointed at any lack of understanding or accountability by SR. Today I have no plants and am still awaiting a reply to my emails.

Unfortunately when there is a problem with a delivery; it remains a problem. No customer service helpline number and repetitive 'bot' email responses. Very disappointed as I have been a customer for years and have lost quite a bit of money and will not be returning.

Extremely disappointing, having ordered plants for years, now unable to contact as previously for non delivery of orders by EVRI A total fiasco… and I’m sure she will be embarrassed with her name being used.

Dealing with Customer Services was shocking. My invoice and Order never arrived and when my goods arrived damaged this opened a can of worms Where was my order, they didn't know or care . They are not interested in helping anybody and simply cannot apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I received 2 packets of seeds from you…fine But they arrived in a box ,seems a wast when an envelope would have been fine and postage Far less Other companies just send me seed packets in an envelope. Please consider this I did manage to make a game for my granddaughter with the box to make it worth it!! Tara Huffman

I ordered several things from the website this year, as I often do, in several orders. Sadly there were a lot of problems and you can no longer speak to anyone; you have to send an email and wait, sometimes days, for a response. One example was a dahlia collection that I ordered in early February. It was despatched in June and of the coral, deep orange and white dahlias in the collection I only received the white. This least interesting plant was duplicated and one small pink dahlia was added. Inside the box was a printed note apologising for the replacements but saying that Sarah had carefully chosen the substitutes. This made me annoyed as that patently wasn’t true because I received a truly dismal and uninspiring collection. I would have put this review on the website but that doesn’t seem to be an option any more. I also bought some basil plug plants, 25% of which turned into fuchsias, and I had the wrong plant delivered on another occasion and my original order cancelled. I’ve been buying from Sarah Raven for 30 years but I’m that’s it now. I will be shopping elsewhere.

Not great customer service and poor lack of communication. My order arrived damaged and I emailed the business three times to issue a replacement but received no response. I randomly received a refund a month later and no email to confirm a decision had been made.

All the plants and bulbs I bought this year have been A* quality and are thriving. My single issue with one garden item was resolved above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, Sarah Raven.

I’m sorry to write this - and especially as what I received originated from a gift card sent by one of their most ardent customers. One of the three plants that was ordered and delivered was dried out and despite efforts has not been able to be saved. Wrote to SR within two days of its delivery and then 10 days later - no response.

This years order from Sarah Raven was slightly disappointing. The first part of the antirrhinum majus seedlings ordered was as expected & they have done well. There was considerable delay in the second variety arriving - my guess they had struggled to germinate an initial batch & rushed to send out what they could. They were weaker on arrival & in spite of lots of TLC haven’t done well. Although flowering now they are certainly not long or strong enough to be used as a cut flower . Unusual for the true Appleblossom variety. Shame as they were not cheap !

I received an item from Sarah raven on the 5th July which was damaged and the poppy was dead , I immediately went on line to complain and request a refund, I had an auto response confirmation and have not heard anything since I have since sent 3 requests for a refund and still nothing from them, disgusting customer service
