Why is it that a company that was doing so well has become an absolute shambles where their administration concerning problems seems to be non-existent. The use of technology chatbot is a very bad move for customer service. I shall not be using them again. Despite repeated generated messages that somebody would contact me over 10 days, nothing has happened. They will owe me a lot of money if they don’t cancel the order that I’ve asked for.

my plants have not been delivered, no proper customer service, I cannot track my order as its not found. paid for a lot of plants, wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering as I agree with all the bad reviews do not buy from them they should stop taking orders they cannot respectively fill. only reply comes from a chat.

What a sad end. This is last order I will ever place with Sarah Raven. My order was placed in March and I was relying on the order for my summer pots. My patience is exhausted. AI responses to my questions regarding status of my order are incorrect and unhelpful and after numerous emails I am still waiting for a positiver response from SR. Evri say the plants were damaged and returned to SR who are saying the order was fulfilled. I’m totally exasperated and disappointed at any lack of understanding or accountability by SR. Today I have no plants and am still awaiting a reply to my emails.

Unfortunately when there is a problem with a delivery; it remains a problem. No customer service helpline number and repetitive 'bot' email responses. Very disappointed as I have been a customer for years and have lost quite a bit of money and will not be returning.

Extremely disappointing, having ordered plants for years, now unable to contact as previously for non delivery of orders by EVRI A total fiasco… and I’m sure she will be embarrassed with her name being used.

Dealing with Customer Services was shocking. My invoice and Order never arrived and when my goods arrived damaged this opened a can of worms Where was my order, they didn't know or care . They are not interested in helping anybody and simply cannot apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I ordered several things from the website this year, as I often do, in several orders. Sadly there were a lot of problems and you can no longer speak to anyone; you have to send an email and wait, sometimes days, for a response. One example was a dahlia collection that I ordered in early February. It was despatched in June and of the coral, deep orange and white dahlias in the collection I only received the white. This least interesting plant was duplicated and one small pink dahlia was added. Inside the box was a printed note apologising for the replacements but saying that Sarah had carefully chosen the substitutes. This made me annoyed as that patently wasn’t true because I received a truly dismal and uninspiring collection. I would have put this review on the website but that doesn’t seem to be an option any more. I also bought some basil plug plants, 25% of which turned into fuchsias, and I had the wrong plant delivered on another occasion and my original order cancelled. I’ve been buying from Sarah Raven for 30 years but I’m that’s it now. I will be shopping elsewhere.

I received an item from Sarah raven on the 5th July which was damaged and the poppy was dead , I immediately went on line to complain and request a refund, I had an auto response confirmation and have not heard anything since I have since sent 3 requests for a refund and still nothing from them, disgusting customer service

Ordered zinc trug, arrived on time but damaged. I immediately lodged a request for a refund as it was needed for a gift. Three weeks later and nothing except a standard email acknowledgement of my 'enquiry'. I've contacted them three times but there is no chat option and no telephone number. Absolutely appalling service. Avoid like the plague. NO REFUND RECEIVED.

No telephone communication now and weeks to answer e.mail! Still advertising plants for sale but not honouring previous orders already paid for! What on earth is going on. It’s impossible to speak to them and get a refund. I’ve had good service before but now I will go to Amazon garden providers as you get quick efficient service and problems solved quickly. I would really like to see my money back!! No communication from them at all or refund.

Everything!!! 8 weeks late plants almost dead, and everyone covered in blackspot. I dare'nt plant them in case it spreads to other plants. Two plants were 6" higher than box and were just bent over and snapped!!

Poor quality plants. Non existent customer services. Contact over a week ago. I got a generated reply saying they will be in touch. NOTHING. Tried to ring after 5 working days. No answer. Customer Services are too busy answering emails to answer the phone. I do not recommend and I will not use again.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with.Absolute zero customer service and advice.Still waiting for response from emails from last month .Not happy with the plants we had delivered.Phone line is non existent with recorded message saying lines are closed while we work through emails.Thus has gone on for weeks and now website is down .Have to report them to trading standards.Please read this before ordering from them if you are unlucky enough for them to answer the phone

Where are the customer service team?. I ordered a lot of garden tools plus a few small items. The small items arrived , no sign of the rest, yet the email said they were despatched together. Very quick to take your money. However they are not keen to respond. No customer service line and so far no response to emails. I shall not use them again. Feeling bitterly let down. Yodel said the large tool parcel never arrived to them . I am considering contacting my credit card company.

What has happened to this company?? I have used Sarah Raven for years. Premium prices - but the plants, deliveries and customer care made it worth paying the extra. Until now! Like others have said… poor plants - weak, dried out and spindly - half of which do not survive a week let alone a season. Deliveries haphazard - way out of timescales given when you place the order - and when they are finally dispatched - are disregarded by their chosen courier company and boxes of live plants are delivered wrong way up (quite an achievement when there are arrows printed ‘this way up’!) or ‘go missing’ as they are left in full view of passing traffic as courier ignores ‘safe place’ instructions… And to make matters worse - customer services seem nonexistent! All round a huge disappointment and will no longer be using Sarah Raven unless they rectify current order issues, and prove themselves… SO sad.
