Where are the customer service team?. I ordered a lot of garden tools plus a few small items. The small items arrived , no sign of the rest, yet the email said they were despatched together. Very quick to take your money. However they are not keen to respond. No customer service line and so far no response to emails. I shall not use them again. Feeling bitterly let down. Yodel said the large tool parcel never arrived to them . I am considering contacting my credit card company.

What has happened to this company?? I have used Sarah Raven for years. Premium prices - but the plants, deliveries and customer care made it worth paying the extra. Until now! Like others have said… poor plants - weak, dried out and spindly - half of which do not survive a week let alone a season. Deliveries haphazard - way out of timescales given when you place the order - and when they are finally dispatched - are disregarded by their chosen courier company and boxes of live plants are delivered wrong way up (quite an achievement when there are arrows printed ‘this way up’!) or ‘go missing’ as they are left in full view of passing traffic as courier ignores ‘safe place’ instructions… And to make matters worse - customer services seem nonexistent! All round a huge disappointment and will no longer be using Sarah Raven unless they rectify current order issues, and prove themselves… SO sad.

Appalling company. My delivery kept being postponed then finally cancelled. They said they would refund. They haven't. I emailed to complain. No reply. I phoned and the automated message said phone lines were closed!!

Appalling business, with zero customer care but very eager to take new orders!! I have placed a large order and 3 plants were missing. They were omitted from my order, not marked for future dispatch. All items that I ordered were confirmed as 'in stock'. I've been trying to get in touch with Sarah Raven... to no avail. Emails bounce, phone line (dedicated to customer support) closed, online form sent with a generic auto-response email received advising "we are very busy.." The only line of communication that is open (for new orders) is answered by an advisor saying "I've no access to the existing orders, I can't help you, go onto the website, fill in a form...." I won’t be recommending this business due to the lack of support. I’ve made a conscious decision not to purchase from here again and have reported the missing products to my payment company. What a shame..!

Appalling - ordered 6 plants and all were pretty much dead like the photo. Also ordered two packs of 3 plants (i.e. 6 plants in total) and only received 2. Can't phone them unless you want to place an order. Used the online function to report but no-one replies.

Ordered a dried flower arrangement, (an a gift) Advised it was dispatched 10th June. Still has not arrived, can’t contact anyone in customer service. Also waiting on live plants but reading the reviews, I’m going to ask to cancel (via email, if they reply) and request a full refund. It’s such a shame, lovely company when it first started but obviously hasn’t increased staff on the increase in their business. Very disappointing

I ordered Ammi plants early in Spring for delivery in May. They were apparently sent in early June but have so far not arrived. I wonder what condition they will be in and have so far had no reply to my query.

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering From receiving plants that are half dead or not even ordered and plants that have yet to arrive - I’m fed up with getting no response from this company. Definitely will not be ordering again.

Appalling at answering e mails and putting right poor delivery.I received an overwatered, broken dahlia way after the time it was meant to be delivered. On the website it whinges about how busy they have been. Well clearly not too busy to accept orders and take money from people. This company has clearly been a victim of its own success and its customer service needs a good kick up the proverbial

I spent nearly £100 - only received half the order . The plants were poor quality. I have been trying to contact the office via the contact form and telephone calls but no one answers the phone. I contacted them over two weeks ago. I am still missing more than half the order. Very poor service. I have now tried Instagram to see if they respond.

Ordered one plant which was lovely so decided to order a second. I received a dead plant with no life in it. Was on phone for over half hour before getting through to someone. I was told I would receive a replacement. After three emails being sent was told it's being packed now and will be sent this week. Still no plant. This has been going on for nearly 4 months. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I will never use this company ever again.

I have used Sarah Raven for many years. However, I don't know if they have changed supplier? Nicotiana arrived and were very poor small plants abd damaged due to poor packaging. They said they would replace, when I chased they said no longer available! Another part of order not delivered. Being a professional gardener regrettably I will no longer use

No customer service. Takes 2 weeks (if that) to respond to queries. The second part of my order has never arrived and they don't even have a phone line. Will never use again - stick to Gardening Express.

Ordered houseplant Pelargonium Attar of Roses. Informed her we would be away and to defer delivery until after 24 June. It was despatched to our home address on 11 June and left on the front doorstep. When we returned home it was gone. One neighbour stated that she saw it there, and then disappeared. Tried to telephone about this, automated message said phones weee down. Could not reply to her earlier message. Poor communication. Would never buy from her again.

No possibility to speak to anyone or get a reply to an email. You have no credibility unless your customer service works! Ordered plants with delivery date early June- never came! now showing delivery July when I’m away so no good to me. Cannot contact anyone or get a reply to an email.

Asked to cancel order because a week after placing the order everything went in sale. Yet did not received my order. Order then arrived and I asked for some compensation. Plants also in v poor condition. Have been trying to contact customer service for the last ten days. No reply. Worst ever customer experience. System will not even accept photo of rubbish plant.

Split delivery then wrong delivery. Final delivery 6 weeks after order. Plants when delivered were a mix of colours NOT the colour ordered. Complete shambles

Appalling customer service, infact its non existent. The telephone number is disabled, because they're so busy, so your only option is to use the message service. You receive a standard response, telling you a response will be given in 5 to 7 days. GUESS WHAT - No Response. Customers just want to be updated in a timely manner, not left to chase and chase. When you pay a premium for plants, pay upfront, you expect the product to arrive and when it doesn't arrive you want to know why . This is the last order Sarah Raven gets from me.

I placed several orders. They arrived late or not at all. Plants that did arrive were small, in poor condition and in one case the wrong plant. Two plant collections I ordered were delayed until it was too late to get them anywhere else. I was then told the order could not be fulfilled and I would be refunded. No refund has yet arrived. Emails go unanswered

The plants were bought with a birthday gift card. I ordered 3 orange thyme and a rudbekia because the plants on the photographs looked in excellent condition and it said they were in stock. After a long wait half of my order arrived. The packaging was in perfect condition but the thyme plants inside were sparse and thin and half dead. Nothing like the plants shown so I sent an email re my disappointment. No reply as yet. A week or so later the rudbekia arrived. It had leaves but that was about all the remainder of the plant had left. A total of 7 stems had been cut off. Another email was sent re my disappointment. If the plants sent were an example of what to expect then I will not be ordering again because the garden centres in my area look like Chelsea flower show winners in comparison. I can't fault Yodel as the boxes were in perfect condition. I'm just sad that the plants that I was excitedly looking forward to receiving turned out to be so disappointing. I have tried to post my photos but for some reason it keeps telling me to try again later. Which I will do.
