I ordered some herbs to replace the ones I had because they were tired. On the website no mention of them being plug plants, which are totally useless, and looked nothing like the photo. I shall not be buying from this company again.

This is my third attempt to contact by email. The first email was acknowledged on 23 May, the second on 29 May. No response so far. I have also phoned and the message is always the office opens again tomorrow at 9am, which it never does. I am very unhappy with the service from Sarah Raven. The order was promised in early May. To date I have received 25% of the the order, despite your tracking system saying the full order has been dispatched. The Cosmos with Cool collection1 x 20 seedlings is all that has arrived. We have not received Cosmos bipinnatus Dazzler 4 x 10 seedlings or Cosmos and Ammi selection 1 x 20 seedlings. We are now unable to take any further deliveries until 25 th June, as we are away on holiday from tomorrow. I suggest the only option is to cancel the outstanding plants and credit my card accordingly. The lack of after sales service is the worst I have ever experienced.

Ordered delayed, part sent in bad condition. Customer services only by email which did not get answered in their stated timescale. Refund offered, as unable to supply but not for the full cost of items not delivered! Beware …..Avoid and don’t say you haven’t been warned!

Order in stock, postage 3 to 5 days. 7 days later... Tracking info...Order awaiting fulfilment. Whatever that's supposed to mean. I'm getting a bit fed up with gardening companies...all of them are greedy, they show amazing plants and good sized items but when they arrive (if they do) they're just teeny weeny plug plants stuffed into pots and often badly packaged, damaged rotten or dried out. Extortionate delivery for some, unless you spend over £80 to £100.

Plants arrived in very poor condition in separate deliveries over the last 8 weeks or so . Customer service is appalling . Having used the company for many years I will not be doing so again .

1 star because you can't give 0 stars. Order delayed, delivery arrived eventually, but incomplete. Plant quality of what was delivered poor. They were so dry and bent in half. I've soaked in a jam jar to see if I can recover them. Order closed without delivering in full. I'm still expecting another 5 plants that are apparently not coming. Customer services phone lines closed as they have too many complaints to handle - which is very telling. Don't order from them, spend your money elsewhere.

Wrong plant sent out. Others to follow but no appearance.Numerous emails and direct call to customer service to rectify and clarify delivery address. Three messages from yodel to say plants were being delivered. Never turned up on each occasion. Excellent in past but abysmal now. Company grown too big and cannot meet demand after promotions. Sadly that will be my last order. ( if it is ever completed).

I have used the company for years without any problems but this year I have had delivery after delivery of damaged goods, plants not packaged properly and thrown about in transit. Delivery dates keep being put back and plants expected at the start of May are now due for delivery in June. Customer service is by chat message only and it takes days for a response. Something has gone terribly wrong with this company and I don’t think I will be using them in future.

I'm suprised they have 2.6* reviews when they send out dead plants for a premium price!!! Absolutely appalling company and should be made to refund every single unhappy customer!!!

Order fails to turn up. 40 minutes to talk to customer service. Order resent and plug plants, dry, withered or dead! Complained again. Another lot sent and in similar condition.

Zinnia plug plants arrived all shriveled up and dry, these plants were not cheap I don't mind if you get quality. Sent twice to complain they haven't even acknowledged. Won't be ordering from this company again.

Ordered Summer Salad pot collection. Three varieties. Two arrived okay but the third Nemesia Sunsatia Plus Papya virtually dead. Completely dried out and although watered and potted on they have just died. Completed contact form, no reply, emailed no reply, completed another contact form still nothing. No telephone contact. Really surprised at loss of personal contact which in the past has been helpful. Disappointed at the quality of plants.

Customer service system is horrendous. Emailed weeks ago about a missing order and no reply. I managed to speak to someone after 1 hour wait who said they were in stock. 2 weeks later still no plants. Tried to phone a few times and either closed for training or closed for them catching up on their emails. I have emailed again as I haven’t time to sit on the phone to wait a hour to speak to someone but still no reply. Once this order is complete I will never use them again. Very disappointed.

I received 5 DEAD and dried out seedlings in the post that had the eta changed 3 times. I have tried to request a refund 7 times over 3 weeks and I have still not heard a dicky bird from them. Over-priced plants, dreadful quality and absolutely non-existing customer service. God knows how this company has the good reputation it has!

I have had literally hundreds of plants over the years from Sarah Raven. Always excellent, always delivered promptly and with excellent Customer Services when I needed them. Fast forward to this year and an unacceptable delay in sending plants out, unable to call as they are only answering a back log of emails and no notice when plants will be delivered (so they are left outside all day in their packaging in this heat) ie no courtesy email, courier information - nothing! I too was told they were in stock, then early May now late May. Awaiting some plants, I ended up going to the Waitrose site, ordered the same item (cosmos) and they were delivered in 3 days! I’ve just seen SR isn’t even sending mine until the end of May!! No more orders again!!

When ordered was told delivery early May then late May. Tracking says one part has been despatched but nothing every turned up. Message on phone says they have closed the phone lines so they can deal with emails. This used to be my 'go to' website. They let me down last year, so never again.

Where do I start ? Shocking sums it up . Dead plug plants replaced eventually with more dead plug plants . Broken Dahlia tubers, also totally scrambled /mashed tarragon plants sent poorly packaged . Have unsubscribed to emails and will NEVER order again from Sarah Raven !

I cannot get to speak to anyone, have emailed them but they say that it will be 5 to 7 days before they respond! I am waiting for 2x plays to arrive, have had no communication with them about the delays, the summer will be over soon and my plans for my garden have gone awry! I will not be using them again!

Plants don’t arrive when they said they would. No communication from the company. Emails went unanswered and then when I rang I was on hold for 60 minutes. Then told my plants were being dispatched today and would arrive tomorrow. Not sure I believe this and I go away for 2 weeks in 6 days time. Shocking customer service I will never order from them again.
