I have used the company for years without any problems but this year I have had delivery after delivery of damaged goods, plants not packaged properly and thrown about in transit. Delivery dates keep being put back and plants expected at the start of May are now due for delivery in June. Customer service is by chat message only and it takes days for a response. Something has gone terribly wrong with this company and I don’t think I will be using them in future.
