1 star because you can't give 0 stars.
Order delayed, delivery arrived eventually, but incomplete. Plant quality of what was delivered poor. They were so dry and bent in half. I've soaked in a jam jar to see if I can recover them.
Order closed without delivering in full. I'm still expecting another 5 plants that are apparently not coming.
Customer services phone lines closed as they have too many complaints to handle - which is very telling. Don't order from them, spend your money elsewhere.
