What has happened to this company??
I have used Sarah Raven for years. Premium prices - but the plants, deliveries and customer care made it worth paying the extra. Until now!
Like others have said… poor plants - weak, dried out and spindly - half of which do not survive a week let alone a season. Deliveries haphazard - way out of timescales given when you place the order - and when they are finally dispatched - are disregarded by their chosen courier company and boxes of live plants are delivered wrong way up (quite an achievement when there are arrows printed ‘this way up’!) or ‘go missing’ as they are left in full view of passing traffic as courier ignores ‘safe place’ instructions…
And to make matters worse - customer services seem nonexistent!
All round a huge disappointment and will no longer be using Sarah Raven unless they rectify current order issues, and prove themselves… SO sad.
