Ordered a tomato plant collection of 5 varieties but it only 3 varieties sent and no explanation or apology for not sending the 2 varieties that I actually wanted. Have sent 2 emails to customer services over the last 2 weeks and no response. Shocking customer service. Won’t be using them again unfortunately.. she needs to concentrate on her company and not being featured in the Country Living magazine

Ordered 18 plant set. PDP came 2.5.25. Failed to leave with neighbors,as requested. Returned plants to depot. Contacted customer service at Raven. Still waiting for response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY it may have been recommended by Monti Don on his gardening program. But it's disgraceful. BE WARNED. Carol

I have ordered plug plants from this company for several years but this year they were very poor …. very spindly and poor condition. I salvaged what I could but so disappointing as they are not cheap and I’m not sure they will grow.

Reading the recent comments and from my personal experience I just hope this company goes bust because they don’t take their customers seriously. It was very good during many years but ripping off customers seems their new strategy: huge delays in receiving plants which are not what you ordered or dead.

Ordered 6 foxgloves, received 12 thyme plants. Zero response from customer services despite four emails over ten days. Absolutely shocking customer service and our experience seems to have been mirrored by many other recent customers.

Plant arrived completely dead as it had only taken 24hours to arrive it must have been despatched dead. Only greenery are weeds in the pot

Unreliable and a risk. Seedlings arrived in the most poor quality that I have ever come across. Dead! Replacements are not possible "out of stocK', refunds will not do much now. Season totally ruined.

When you order with Sarah Raven it is essential that you study their terms and conditions because this is one of those rare companies that puts sticking to its T&C ahead of customer satisfaction. And I mean really study them…. You also need to be aware that on the basis of my and my wife’s seperate experiences, SR do not deign to communicate with customers. If there’s a delay in your order you are expected to find this out yourself. If you think phoning them is an answer be careful: maybe my experience isn’t typical but they tell fibs and then claim they don’t keep records of calls and you should have e-mailed. The odd thing is that they should treat gardeners this way. Gardeners. Let me put it this way: I get consistently better customer service from a giant mail order group with links to a South American river than from this unfriendly group. The plants? Oh, they can be very good, but I’ d rather buy them from nicer people.

Be very careful.... i would never buy again. Ordered plants in January and still no delivery. Delivery date keeps moving back. They take your money as soon as you place the order, NOT when they deliver. I have emailed them but NO response. This is a RIP OFF Company.

Purchased barefoot roses and received brittle twigs. All the soaking ,planting with root grow and attention ever going to get the dead material I received growing. Will stick to David Austin and Harkness roses in future that never fail .

I have used Sarah Raven for several years but the quality has really gone downhill in the last 2 years. So far this year all the plants I have received have been sent loose in the box and are smashed up when they arrive, very disappointing quality.

Two shocking experiences withSR order Ordered 6 bare root strong Annabelle hydrangeas last fall- NONE HAVE SURVIVED although all others are now in bud Not having learnt ordered bare root hedging which arrived in a sodden broken box So pathetically tiny not worth the effort of planting- have replaced at my local nursery With much stronger cheaper plants _ never AGAIN

Be very careful . After years of using my bulb order was never completed . No customer service despite emails phonecalls nofollow up . Missed growing as few that arrived were too late . No follow up or apologies. In the end I gave up as nursing my sick husband . Will never order again . A shame grown too big .

Slow delivery, damaged goods when the order finally arrived. Kept waiting on the phone for 30 minutes on both occasions I tried to make contact. No reply to two emails.

Paid for items I haven’t received they were missing in my delivery and 5 weeks later no response to my multiple emails and no refund?? What an absolute joke. Customer service are non existent. Photos and products look good but the quality and service is horrible, do not be fooled. There’s WAY better businesses to order from with excellent service and quality and for much cheaper too.

Ordered bulbs on 21st November after advert said 'expect despatch within 3 days' .So far I have received countless emails expounding their company virtues, but sadly no bulbs or update on order and no reply from email to customer services. Marketing is certainly a lot better than the service!! I have requested a refund if bulbs are not despatched early this week. By contrast I have now used Farmer Gracy and WOW !! what a totally professional and friendly firm who also have competitive pricing and good quality produce. I have no connection to the firm or interest in giving false praise.

Disingenuous company. Lied about dispatch times, didn't send half the order. When I requested the rest of my order, they cancelled it. Avoid.

Awful customer service! My elderly mother purchased £650 worth of massively over priced Christmas gifts for her family over the phone as she can’t make it to the shops. Trying to stop the order and return items hasn’t been easy and you are kept waiting and waiting for customer services to get back to you. ☹️

Ordered Bulbs - waited a long time for delivery, delivery did not happen, no one tried [i have cameras] and was told to collect from a depot 1 hr away. Complained and g said delivered. Spent a long time trying time [ 2 hrs] trying to contact someone and they they would be sent again - did not happen Always a long cue time to contact customer services can be position 36 etc. Awful customer services - do not bother
