Asked to cancel order because a week after placing the order everything went in sale. Yet did not received my order.
Order then arrived and I asked for some compensation. Plants also in v poor condition.
Have been trying to contact customer service for the last ten days. No reply.
Worst ever customer experience.
System will not even accept photo of rubbish plant.
