Ordered a dried flower arrangement, (an a gift) Advised it was dispatched 10th June. Still has not arrived, can’t contact anyone in customer service. Also waiting on live plants but reading the reviews, I’m going to ask to cancel (via email, if they reply) and request a full refund. It’s such a shame, lovely company when it first started but obviously hasn’t increased staff on the increase in their business. Very disappointing
