I ordered several things from the website this year, as I often do, in several orders. Sadly there were a lot of problems and you can no longer speak to anyone; you have to send an email and wait, sometimes days, for a response. One example was a dahlia collection that I ordered in early February. It was despatched in June and of the coral, deep orange and white dahlias in the collection I only received the white. This least interesting plant was duplicated and one small pink dahlia was added. Inside the box was a printed note apologising for the replacements but saying that Sarah had carefully chosen the substitutes. This made me annoyed as that patently wasn’t true because I received a truly dismal and uninspiring collection. I would have put this review on the website but that doesn’t seem to be an option any more. I also bought some basil plug plants, 25% of which turned into fuchsias, and I had the wrong plant delivered on another occasion and my original order cancelled. I’ve been buying from Sarah Raven for 30 years but I’m that’s it now. I will be shopping elsewhere.
