Tulips this year a big disappointment. While some performed well at least 50% have either come up blind or not at all.

Be very careful.... i would never buy again. Ordered plants in January and still no delivery. Delivery date keeps moving back. They take your money as soon as you place the order, NOT when they deliver. I have emailed them but NO response. This is a RIP OFF Company.

Purchased barefoot roses and received brittle twigs. All the soaking ,planting with root grow and attention ever going to get the dead material I received growing. Will stick to David Austin and Harkness roses in future that never fail .

I have used Sarah Raven for several years but the quality has really gone downhill in the last 2 years. So far this year all the plants I have received have been sent loose in the box and are smashed up when they arrive, very disappointing quality.

Two shocking experiences withSR order Ordered 6 bare root strong Annabelle hydrangeas last fall- NONE HAVE SURVIVED although all others are now in bud Not having learnt ordered bare root hedging which arrived in a sodden broken box So pathetically tiny not worth the effort of planting- have replaced at my local nursery With much stronger cheaper plants _ never AGAIN

Be very careful . After years of using my bulb order was never completed . No customer service despite emails phonecalls nofollow up . Missed growing as few that arrived were too late . No follow up or apologies. In the end I gave up as nursing my sick husband . Will never order again . A shame grown too big .

I was looking for a small climbing plant that was easy care and found a suitable honesuckle in the sale section. It came the day after ordering, free postage and very healthy roots. I have also found some foxgloves which I pre ordered to go with one I already have. Looking forward to getting more healthy plants at a reasonable price.

Slow delivery, damaged goods when the order finally arrived. Kept waiting on the phone for 30 minutes on both occasions I tried to make contact. No reply to two emails.

Paid for items I haven’t received they were missing in my delivery and 5 weeks later no response to my multiple emails and no refund?? What an absolute joke. Customer service are non existent. Photos and products look good but the quality and service is horrible, do not be fooled. There’s WAY better businesses to order from with excellent service and quality and for much cheaper too.

Ordered bulbs on 21st November after advert said 'expect despatch within 3 days' .So far I have received countless emails expounding their company virtues, but sadly no bulbs or update on order and no reply from email to customer services. Marketing is certainly a lot better than the service!! I have requested a refund if bulbs are not despatched early this week. By contrast I have now used Farmer Gracy and WOW !! what a totally professional and friendly firm who also have competitive pricing and good quality produce. I have no connection to the firm or interest in giving false praise.

Disingenuous company. Lied about dispatch times, didn't send half the order. When I requested the rest of my order, they cancelled it. Avoid.

Awful customer service! My elderly mother purchased £650 worth of massively over priced Christmas gifts for her family over the phone as she can’t make it to the shops. Trying to stop the order and return items hasn’t been easy and you are kept waiting and waiting for customer services to get back to you. ☹️

Ordered Bulbs - waited a long time for delivery, delivery did not happen, no one tried [i have cameras] and was told to collect from a depot 1 hr away. Complained and g said delivered. Spent a long time trying time [ 2 hrs] trying to contact someone and they they would be sent again - did not happen Always a long cue time to contact customer services can be position 36 etc. Awful customer services - do not bother

Had an issue with a gift voucher and it not arriving, have tried phoning for a week. Today I am number 26th in the queue and have moved 3 places in 17 mins. Funnily enough if you choose sales, they answer quickly but they can't help you. I tried WhatsApp and that is a bot saying phone. No response on email either. SHOCKING service!!!

Three months ago, I had been a victim of a bitcoin scam, a con artist gained access to my cash app account and stole $267,700. I was really devastated. I tried on my own to see if I could get it back. I went online read articles on how I can recover my bitcoin back, it did not go well. I went to YouTube to see if someone talked about how one can recover their finds but that too did not go well. I immediately got in touch with them and explained my situation to them and assured me they will help get my Bitcoin back. I luckily escaped what ought to have destroyed me financially, you too can escape it.

I recently received a long over due bulb order. The Lent Lily bulbs were a huge disappointment being small,soft, and below the standard I would expect. I was also delivered less than ordered, expecting 120 good bulbs and receiving 102 poor quality specimens . Disappointed to say the least.

I order some Pelargoniums I waited 8 weeks for delivery, after calling them they said it was because they were in 2L pots. OK They arrived yesterday one pot has only 1 leaf in it I believe I paid around £17 for this leaf. I too have had several items delivered and not been happy but kept ordering as I thought it maybe a one off sadly not.

I bought a gift card for a friend’s special birthday. She ordered various plants with it only to find some of the order was cancelled. There was no alternative given. So basically you have taken money and not given anything for it. I’ve just heard about this tonight and I am furious. You have now lost a regular customer.
