I'd ordered a totally tangerine dahlia only to realise when it flowered it was actually the phantom. Lovely plant but certainly not the colour I was expecting.
Contacted customer service, who must be overrun with issues as extremely slow to respond or acknowledge. Still no reply to date.
I don't know if the service used to be better, it certainly isn't cheap.
