Ordered plants, no delivery, no response to emails to ask about delivery, 6 weeks on managed to get through on the phone after a 15 minute wait to be told my plants were out of stock. Had to ask for a refund!
Awful customer service and awful communication. Won't be using them again.

Called customer service for refund and was told to send an email with evidence/ pictures, sent those with auto reply stating that due to period of extra busyness, we will respond in 9 working days.
