“This was a wonderful experience! Customer service went out of their way to make the experience as easy and snag free as possible. Communication was excellent! When I got my Items, I was thrilled! They are better in person than online. I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10. I am going to purchase again.”

“I bought some of the magnetic buttons a while back and I use them all the time. They went missing about a month ago and I was devestated thinking they were gone forever. Turns out the magnets had attached themselves to my spouse's keys and they had been going for a ride with him for over a month! When they say the magnets are strong little things, they arent kidding! 10/10 recommend”

“I am taking way too much pleasure in wearing my cotton voile Tashi versatile pants/skirt. I thought I would have swapped to skirt mode by now but really … enjoying the pants In the same order I had a magnetic button that was damaged on arrival. SNS has been nothing but wonderful in sending a replacement. I really hope to be able to make it to Hamilton some day to shop in person.”

“Came into SNS for the last pair of Casbah Tapioca Linen Pants, after I saw your Friday Live and lo and behold they fit which was wonderful for me. With the very gracious help of Rachel and Jacqueline found a fabulous silk ponch which was perfect. It is so soft I can't stop touching it, It is always a great experience coming into your establishment because your clothing is amazing and your staff are awesome. Always enjoy myself.”

“My pure silk, wabi sabi kimono arrived this week. It is fabulous. Light as a feather and just as it appeared in the advert. It will need a couple of patches as it has a few weak spots but that was to be expected. I will follow up when I return from my current trip. It arrived with instructions for patching in anticipation of the issue. Thanks SARIKNOTSARI for your precious offerings!”
