They sold me a car which I bought on the fact it was low mileage. 8k it’s cost me thousands, everything especially engine still on going. They can clock mileage, make it look pretty but they have put myself and sons life in danger.

I had a dreadful experience with Sascron that began in February when they sold me a Vauxhall Mokka with a significant engine fault. Over the course of 1.5 months, I visited the dealership nearly every day, losing a substantial amount of money and precious time. As someone who works two jobs, Monday to Sunday, my schedule leaves me with no spare time, making this ordeal even more stressful and infuriating. Despite their repeated attempts to "repair" the car at least 15-20 times, if not more the vehicle's condition continued to deteriorate until it finally broke down completely. I travel 45 minutes to work on the motorway, and had the car failed there, it could have been catastrophic for me. Sascron completely failed to recognize the severity of the problem. Their lack of competence and attention to detail was astonishing and dangerous. Ultimately, I returned the car, but of course, they did not provide a full refund. I reluctantly decided to take another car from them a 2019 Audi and unbelievably, the engine light came on in this car as well. What the heck?? My frustration and anger are through the roof. I tried numerous times to speak with them, and they assured me they would call me back, but they didn’t. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer safety and satisfaction is unacceptable. I will not let this situation slide. Sascron, I promise you that I will do everything in my power to ensure you never sell another car to anyone I know. I will be informing all relevant authorities about my experience and warning potential customers about the risks of dealing with you. Your careless and negligent practices need to be exposed to prevent others from going through the same nightmare. Sascron's lack of responsibility, poor customer service, and failure to provide safe, reliable vehicles is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. My experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others.

“Luck escape for us - AVOID AVOID, please do not use this company. They do not tell you how much any ‘extras’ are going to cost you till you sit down to do the paperwork. WARRANTY is not an option you must buy it or they won’t sell you a car. Added extras £2,000 which was a complete shock not optional extras as they advertise. Very unhappy and would not recommend Sascron.” We walked away and so glad we did. REPORT this company to trading standards they can not keep doing this to everyone.

AVOID!!!! They sold me a car back in January, the engine light came on, on the journey home and this problem has never been sorted even though they have had a car back numerous times. Now they are ignoring emails and not even phoning me back. They threatened me with calling the police even though I have done nothing wrong apart from asking for money back which I believe I am well within my right to do as the car should have been fixed on the first attempt and they refused to give money back, just kept saying they will repair it but it still has the same issue we bought the car with. Would never recommend this company and if I could give zero stars I would have done

AVOID AVOID, please do not use this company. They do not tell you how much any ‘extras’ are going to cost you they just add it on. Now we’ve found ourselves paying an extra £2,000 which was a complete shock. Very unhappy and would not recommend Sascron.

I bought a DS7 from them. It was fine so I thought. Until I picked up a puncture. Which turned out to be lucky ! You may be thinking how's that lucky? Well when I was sold the car I was told how they do all these checks to make sure you have trouble free motoring. It turned out when my tyre repair guy took the wheel off to repair it he was shocked that the front pads and discs were completely worn out and that the car wasn't safe to drive! Now it is fair to say that I've owned the car for 2 and half months but its only done 1000 miles in that time hardly enough to wear away brakes that should of been in good order. The repair guy said I was lucky I didn't have an accident. Sascron customer service despite having a full 6 month warranty weren't interested . There attitude stinks!! And from the emails they sent me they could not care less. Furthermore shortly after pick up the rear tail light developed condensation they weren't interested in that either. Also it was sold with 2 keys but the 2nd key had the remote but not the actual key. I wasn't informed about this until i came to pick up the car after got in it to drive it away. And then proceeded to tell me they have a guy that could cut one for £50 !! Honestly if you buy a car from them take a mechanic with you before you pick it up. Get them to check it over. They don't honour anything after you've bought it and driven away! And if you do have a problem. You will simply be directed to customer service who will turn you away! Thats what they did to me and I've bought loads of cars but never received after sales service like this before. All I can say is never again would I use them or recommend them. I simply can't!

Never buy a car from these guys, they lie, are dishonest and misrepresented a vehicle as having a zero damage history. Save yourself some pain and avoid these absolute cowboys. We happily are assisting with a government agencies investigation and are very pleased to do so. Vehicle purchased Audi Q8

Poor customer service. I arrived with an appointment - 10 min early I arrive-to do a test drive and instead they let a man who had just walked in to test drive it before me (I was standing there already) and buy it if he wanted. Basically they made me wait around 30 minutes whilst I witnessed them selling the car I wanted to another person during my booked time slot. Disrespectful of people's time and unprofessional.

Brought a car 9 months ago. My son’s first car. The paint has started to come off and they said they can’t guarantee the condition of the car and also it’s been cold weather so that could have pulled the paint off. They sold him gap insurance saying he needed it and an extra 3 years warranty. Ritu very poor customer service and she said she wouldn’t like it if it was her car and also won’t let me speak to a manager. I would give 0 if I could. Had to communicate over a week but no manager would phone me. No apology made by the company, told us my son has to get it resprayed.

**Avoid** Last 100 reviews on Google reviews for Sascron = 2.3/5. Take heed of the red flags. I wish I read these reviews before visiting. Terrible service. Impossible to get a test drive, (even if just driving around the corner) without you committing to a price 1st. Be aware! They have an aggressive tone when it comes to the negotiation. I walked out with no car when things could have so easily been different with better service and attitude from them.

I had a friend recomend .e to sascon,so naturally looked on their website. I found a car within my budget. But after reading some negative reviews thought should i bother.But decided to go and my first point of contact was with the owner on the telephone. He was extremely polite and helpful,so we made an appointment to see the car that day.The salesman was extremly nice and very helpful.we looked over the car annd as you would expect for a 4 year old car a couple of minor flaws. But we took it out fir a test drive and asked if the flaws would be done and not only did they do everything we asked but gave it a complete valet which we never asked for.on top of which they took the car and gave us half a tank of fuel again we did not expect. I am so happy after going to sascroni personally would recomend them to anyone. So i am happy i ignored any negative things i read and went. Thankyou sascron for wonderful service and being so helpful. Especially to Kordian and the owner. Thankyou again

This company is a joke, they use aggressive 1980 sales tactics to make more money from you with ridiculous add ons they should already be covering if they were a reputable establishment. They take £500 deposits on cars they know they should not be selling then refuse refunds when you get wise to their lies. Stay away and spend your hard earned money with someone reputable

PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL…..AND DON’T BE FOOLED BY SHINEY CARS OR THEIR FAKE SMILES *** DEPOSIT PAID – 17 DECEMBER 2022 CAR IN OUR POSSESSION (FIXED?) – 28 FEBRUARY 2023 = ONE DAYS USE!!! Well our nightmare has finally finished!!!! 2.5 months of being treated like idiots and car only being in our possession for one week BUT only driveable for ONE day then collected on a low loader! Affected our mental health, my husbands physical health, our jobs and our finances losing one car. Yes they did pay for a hire car FOR ONE WEEK near the end of this nightmare! Even laughed at by Wayne when he saw us waiting, again, as we did every week, at reception for answers. “Hows the car?" I replied near to tears, we have had it one day! He laughed, saw my face and just said “oooh too soon?”!!! Different diagnosis over the weeks from their “workshop”, not jaguar specialist who 'had a good relationship with Kalem' which Kalem' personally stated to us, second hand parts from EBAY not arriving or sent wrong ones (allegedly) and eventually went back to original diagnosis that it needed a new steering rack even though they were happy for us to drive it on a smart motorway with a faulty steering rack! All through this nightmare we made it very clear that we wanted (at our expense) a full RAC inspection done on their premises. Surprise surprise they decided to DELIVER the car to us! We did get an inspection and he confirmed that there were other issues with the car and did we know it had a second hand 'manual' steering rack even though it was an automatic! We decided we would sell it to another company who did a diagnosis test which stated that there was an issue with the catalytic converter….so lost even more money!!! We maybe in our 60s but like to think we aren’t stupid as we’ve purchased many cars between us over the years BUT we did get suckered into paying over £700+ for a warranty we couldn’t use because it wasn’t a new fault it originated at Sascron!!! MY ADVICE to anyone even thinking of buying a car from this company is do your research, read the reviews, ignore the replies from Sascron, don’t be fooled by their American style selling techniques AND more important….dont do what we did which was both get ill for 4 weeks which meant we could not use the Section 22 in law to REJECT THE CAR within 30 days ....even though we never physically had it to use apart from the one day! We did try another legal route under another Section of the law BUT SASCRON REJECTED OUR REJECTION LETTER! We didn’t have the energy or the finances to fight them, which is not uncommon apparently! THEY ARE EXPERTS AT .... AVOIDANCE!!! If you need clarification….go to the website for “disgruntled ex employees of Sascron”! SASCRON don’t even bother leaving a negative response as we will publish the full timeline which you had emailed to you regularly and agreed!!

Keep far away from this horrible unreliable company! I’m having a horrible experience with Sascron Reading. I purchased a vehicle last week. As soon as I got the vehicle and drove off in the motorway home the engine light came On the dashboard so I pulled up on the motorway (I was with my children) and called them straight away and explained them what I saw, they said nothing to worry as It might happens since the vehicle hadn’t been driven long time. So the next day I went back to branch and spoke to a disgusting man who was the MD and explained to him in detail and the problem I had with the car, he simply said I need to arrange a garage local to me to get the fixed and they will cover the costs but they already had a service centre onsite. I told them that I don’t want the car because I cannot trust it anymore as I’ve spent £25k it felt like throwing my money into a fire I have been told that they cannot accept the car back or reject it. In a short term they are throwing me off after selling a faulty vehicle I really needed a working car due to my kids school, hospital appointments and work, it has been only a week since I purchased still couldn’t drive it, no kindly approach, they are asking me why I took the vehicle when I saw engine light. It means they are blaming me as I trusted them. Now my advice to anyone who are planning to buy vehicle from them is never to trust them, at all. Buy your car from approved used garages or the main dealership as Sascron is totally a scam, PLEASE go to their reviews and select the recent / lowest fields and you will see how they actually treat their customer. DO NOT BUY !! You will regret it; they will FORCE you to take out a warranty until you buy one otherwise they will not sell you the car. We surely well know they don’t service these bangers at all, they only wash them to made them look new and instil fake confidence. Plenty of customer of been fooled by this horrible tactic. Most all cars will develop a fault within the first 30 days and its your right to reject it for a full refund, forgot all there lies and promises, the customer complaint process is truly flawed. I am finding a solicitor and lawyer to take them to court and to shame them for being the worst car dealership in the UK. I have kept this review as honest as possible and if you feel I haven’t been feel free to contact me I’m sure you remember who I am, I’m that confident in my honest review.

Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere! Bought a car from this garage back in February and it was and is still the biggest headache I have ever come accross in my life. Please remember that you are not buying a £20 toaster that you can replace for another one, but you are making a big financial investment when you are buying a car so you want to ensure you are buying a vehicle from a trustworthy and approved dealer which will give you far more protection than this dodgy garage! This garage isn’t even registered with The Motor Ombudsman which helps you resolve any disputes with garages should you come accross any issues https://www.themotorombudsman.org/consumers , please check for yourself you can check if this garage is registered with them on their website. Why would they reguster with them if they do not trade in line with the regulations in place to protect us the consumers. With regards to my experience, while you are in this garage they will not let you buy a vehicle unless you buy the warranty they are selling. Please be aware that this is illegal as regulated products such as the warranty their sell should not be mandarory and forced into people to buy! Secondly they will charge you £199 for a 180 point check to ensure the vehicle is in good order before you buy it surely they should be doing this (not). Anyway, with regards to the car and depite their “thorough” 180 point check that they don’t do but charge you for it anyway, I expericed the below in the first 0 to 6 months: - Timechain valve had to be replaced, vehicle broke down on the motorway engine light came on - Cruise control not working - Car sold to me with nail on tyre, this was diagnosed by an independent company and they found rust on the puncture which suggested that the nail had been there from purchase - Issues with the Antenna on the radio system - Car shakes when the air conditioning is on - Driver side window buttons not working - Car sold spare tyre cannister out of date - Upper break LED light not working - AND NOW THE CAR WON’T EVEN START UP AND IT HAS BEEN SAT ON MY DRIVE FOR 2 MONTHS Contacted Sascron with the issues as I wanted to give the car back they rejected it and told me to go though the warranty which doesn’t cover all the costs for repair. I have been called a liar, asked how old I am when I said that I was forced to buy the warranty by a so called Callum who was really unhelpful and a really rude lady by the name of Michaela! Spoke to some guy on the phone from Sascron who offered an exchange for the car for another one for the market value of the car rather than what I paid! What an absolute scam, so I paid 10k for a faulty car and they would probably only offered me 6k! I let you be the judge of that. Luckily I purchased this vehicle on finance and im liaising with the finance company and the financial ombudsman who are looking of ways to resolve my complaint ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DODGY DEALERSHIP AND BUY YOUR CAR FROM AN APPROVED DEALER SO YOU DONT END UP WITH A CAR THAT DOESN’T WORK IN YOUR DRIVE. They will most likely try and defend themselves with lies under my review but do your self a favour and don’t listen to them!

Staff kept pushing for options to purchase along with car that did not make any sense To verify a used car they charge £199 Without this car has not undergone basic checks! Bizarre! Tried to Force me to pay a deposit which although they said was refundable but also added that if nothing wrong with the car I would have to buy the car else deposit not refundable

You'd expect a newish car to come with a spare key, or if not the customer be told about it before parting with hard earned cash. Not with Sascron, they leave it for the customer to ask where it is just before collecting the vehicle, and then refuse to replace or even contribute towards the cost of a replacement. Really underhand behaviour, terrible customer focus. Take your business to an honest dealer, not these sharks.
