Terrible have to constantly chase missing orders and they also send the wrong ones. Emailing to complain is also very unhelpful. When the orders are missing you have to wait 10 working days for them to issue a new one and by that point you are nearly on your next month its a shame the service isn’t better as I actually like receiving a new scent every month ( when they actually arrive )

The perfume inside is fake it abosolutly sticks Atomiser doesnt work

Worst company ever they say on website that you can pick your scents for the month and I did just that yet they sent me a completely different one than I picked. Then emailed to cancel and they said that you have to phone to cancel. Waste of time and money never again

Terrible service. I didn’t get the colour atomiser that I ordered- said it was out of stock - didn’t offer me an alternative choice, they just sent me a black one. I didn’t want black & asked for an exchange - they refused. Very disappointed & would definitely not recommend

somebody complained about having to ring to cancel the subscription and getting no reply. i just rang to cancel mine and it was super easy and the lady was very nice :) i did find they didnt answer after a certain time as the message said "our customer service team has gone home for the day" so after 5pm i think?? which is fair enough. i just rang at 11:40ish and got through straight away :). i think its a great way to test out new perfumes plus you get a discount on the big bottles of whichever ones you like! so, good experience for me :)

TRIED TO CANCEL VIA EMAIL, GOT A REPLY TO GIVE THEM A RING...... TIRED NUMEROUS TIMES AND STILL CANNOT GET ANY ANSWER. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY

I would have picked zero stars if I could. Awful subscription service and extremely poor customer service. This company breaches all guidelines and needs to be reported asap

Same issues as before, keep closing my complaint as resolved when it isn't, and refusing to cancel my subscription over email when their own website says to email customer service to cancel.

Worst customer service ever and shady AF I have never known a company to provide this poor service. Problems started during covid when the only way to speak to someone was to file a complaint. My order arrived with what I thought was the wrong item. After informing them of the error they claimed the item in question was a standard inclusion with the small fragrance I had ordered. I then told them in that case the actual item I ordered was not in the box, to which their response was to blame Royal Mail when I knew for a fact it was not their fault (RM) because the box arrived to me in tact. They then proceeded to close my complaint claiming it was resolved when it was far from it. I then opened another complaint only to be told I needed to fill out a form stating that Royal Mail were at fault and that the information on the form is true and it may be used in court, and then close my complaint again as resolved. Obviously I was not about to sign such a falsehood and opened another complaint. This pattern continued to happen and now on top of this I am unable to update my payment information for my subscription because the website won't let me so, adios scentaddict I will not miss you in the slightest!
