“I ordered a Nelson jacket. Schoffel sent a Manton coat. Schoffel agreed to send a Nelson in advance of my returning the Manton, which did go some way to improving the situation, but all rather irritating.”

“Very pleased with the overall quality of my Berkeley but disappointed with the colour. The fleece is almost black/blue and the brochure colour was a lot lighter and in my opinion a nicer blue. This was very misleading and I probably wouldn't have purchased the fleece this colour had I known.”
