“This is the first time I have used schoffel directly for goods and only did so as nobody else had what I wanted in the right size, and at first I thought the service was excellent you had what I wanted and it was delivered the next day, perfect!! But..... On closer inspection of the parcel on Christmas day when it was opened it was the wrong item although my paperwork had on it what I had ordered, I was very disappointed and I'm still waiting for a response to my email on how to return at no cost to myself for it to be exchanged for the correct item so my husband can at last have his Christmas present, very late!!”

“I would like to be able to write a review but, unfortunately, Schoffel sent me the wrong product. This was extremely annoying because it was a Christmas present for my wife and now has to be returned to be replaced with what I originally ordered. Disappointed.”

“Love your products I buy ladies coats as you do not do them for men --- Uppingham is my favourite coat as I ride horses (and do not shoot) the flap at the back is fabulous and love the removable inner --- also find them very warm. Love the fleeces although you do other colours in sleeveless would have loved a red one for men .”
