“My husband accidentally put my much adored Schoffel shooting socks in the tumble dryer and both pairs came out barely able to fit an ant (his fault - not Schoffels). I think it is testament to the quality and style of the socks that I immediately went online to order another 2 pairs exactly the same as the last! Not only are the warm and soft, but I love the feminine elements and design. Each pair also matched the relevant Schoffel gillet I have and I love the combination not only on the shooting field, but also with my boots for walking the dogs etc. LOVE THIS BRAND!”

“Excellent winter jackets. This one is for my wife and replaces an earlier one of the same type. The older shows no signs of age after 5 years but she just fancies a change of colour!”

“This order in not only my first order from Schoffel but my first international ordering experience. I haven't receive the Lambswood Jumper (sweater as we say in the US) to date, however, I'm very much looking forward to receiving it and hopefully additional orders from Schoffel in the immediate future. “Your sizing is very mean. I am a dress size 16 and I had to buy a 20. It is not that big. Quality excellent, viz zips, pockets and fabric. Tough but easy to wear.”

“I have not received my new Schoffel fleece, because it may take 2 weeks to arrive Indonesia. But I have two other Schoffel winter jacket and windproof jacket. I have bought both around 7 years ago in Zurich, Switzerland. I am satisfied with the model and quality, therefore I ordered again via internet because it is not available in Indonesia. I expect from Schoffel that Schoffel can maintain its quality by NOT MAKING THE PRODUCT IN ASIA, but still making it in Europe. I prefer to PAY A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE FOR A BETTER QUALITY than pay a cheap (relative) garment but with a lower quality.”

“Hi Schoffel The service from sales was friendly and excellent and I purchased a new ladies Mayfair Down for my wife size 12 unfortunately the coat was a perfect fit but the arm / sleeve seemed to be disproportional small to the garment my wife has normal arms quite small ! Allas I had to return the loverly coat Regards Kevin Britton”

“Top quality but size is a bit big. My girlfriend is an 8 but this was a little to big for her. She loves Schoffel and have a couple of fleeces and jackets.”

“I ordered a hat on 12/15/14 and received it on 12/29/14. Considering that it was being shipped from the UK to Alaska, I understood the delay in shipping, but the website gave no information on how long the shipping would take nor choices to make a speedier delivery for Christmas. The hat was delivered in a box that was 21x14x4 and the hat was smashed to fit the box. It had no support to help it keep it's form and after a week of attempting to see if it would resume it's form, I am returning it. The box contained the hat, a catalog, the return policy and receipt. There was no packaging and the hat migrated around in the box when I picked it up. This was the worst packaging job I have ever seen in my life. Used items I have purchased on ebay are better packaged and arrive in great condition. I contacted Heather Potticary (Customer Service Manager) on 12/30/14 letting her know the condition of my item and that I was going to see if it would return to form or return it. She never responded to the email. I expect to be fully reimbursed, which would include the cost of the hat, the shipping form the UK and the cost I will incur when I ship the hat back. I would have been very happy if the hat had not been destroyed in the shipping. Considering that I have not heard from the company in regards to my email, I am not confident in my reimbursement. If this issue is remedied, I will gladly write a new review.”
