“I ordered the chatsworth tweed baker hat which arrived 3 days later, however when I opened my parcel I realized I had been sent the tweed cap in error. I telephoned Schoffel straight away and they promised me my baker boy hat would be with me the next day and arranged a pick up time for the returned item. True to their word my baker boy hat arrived lunch time the next day and the courier on the expected day. Very good service and would use again.”

“The delivery was good,as were the goods,well parceled and good quality as always. However I decided to return and exchange the item delivered for an alternative colour as it was darker than it appeared on the web site and I was very disappointed to discover I had to pay £8.45 postage on the package to return it by recorded post as your instructions on the returns policy had recommended. After paying £173 it does not seem at all good customer service and I would hesitate in future to use your online service”

“Dear Schoffel: No sooner did I send in my review, which reflected my disappointment with shipping, the item was delivered to my door. Well I suppose, to make the sun appear, one must carry an umbrella. My wife tried the jacket on, it fit, looks good on her if you ask me. I hope she enjoys it--that is the real test. But it is everything I hoped it would be. Appears to be well-made. I particularly like the color, a distinctive dark aubergine. The Royal Mail could do a better job of tracking and communicating. I got the idea that they were holding the item at Kennedy Airport and were ready to ship it back to you out of some sort of confused frustration. Perhaps it was all that snow. Frank Reider”

“Very prompt service; delivery within 2 days. Call to Customer Services was excellently handled....what a lovely girl...she should have a bonus! Quality of purchase yet to be proven as it is a birthday gift yet to be given. So far so good. Price at the high end so postage included would have been a nice touch.”

“Bought 2 items, men's ptarmigan superlight coat and a Cottesmore fleece jacket both extremely well made and comfortable. The service was excellent as are the goods. Will definitely buy more items in the future. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Would recommend to friends and family.”

“Excellent customer service including quick response to incoming telephoned inquiry by person who answered the call, advice given on sizing by same person, same day dispatch and next day delivery (although I did not pay extra for this) and use of a professional courier service with local offices, had I been unavailable to receive delivery. I have purchased from you before via a stockist so knew the high quality of your product range and was not disappointed by the fleece. I shall use your direct sales service again in future. Overall a very good experience”
