We have looked into your order and can see that it was placed on 12th August. The titles ordered had a 4-working-day dispatch timeframe, as stated on the product pages, and the order was dispatched on 18th August.
Once the order was dispatched, an email containing the tracking details was sent, and the parcel was then successfully delivered on 20th August.
We appreciate that waiting for an order can be frustrating, and we hope the above helps to provide some clarity around the dispatch and delivery timeline.
“Prices and packaging are very good. And they have a big catalogue. Delivery is a bit slow, but this is understandable because send from outside the EU. However it is VERY annoying to see that out of the last 4 deliveries, 3 times one book was not included and send separately without tracking (at least that was said to me, I still have not received any of those) I do not understand why they could not have been included with the other books. There was not much time in between the dates that the boxes with most books, and the separate books were mailed.”

“Absolutely loveee Scifier!! Bought the entire collection of Firefly Wedding on there and it was so cheap and affordable!! Like 7 volumes for basically £40?!? Unheard of!! Ive bought even more books and am waiting for them to arrive. Shipping is a little slow but i dont even care about that.”
