“Always a 5 star for this place. Great books, good communication with delivery time, books are carefully packaged and arrive in superb condition. Been buying books off them for a while now, I'm a loyal customer pretty much! They also throw in free scifi book marks, a whimsical touch 🙂
There's new tax on deliveries into Ireland, which has slowed my purchases, but I wait for Scifier to launch a voucher and that helps a lot. I bought secondhand from Awesomebooks and the state of the parcel that arrived was terrible, thin envelopes and torn corners... Whereas at least I know my book will arrive safe with Scifier, regardless of it being secondhand or new, they treat books respectfully.”

“I will never buy anything from your site again.
I ordered Conan Omnibus for 100€ as a birthday present. I got notified that the shipment was sent and that it would arrive in due time.
Once I saw that the delivery is not on time, I realised the packet can't be tracked and asked the support to check the status of the delivery. And then I get notified that the item was returned to you and refunded! Now it is listed as out of stock.
I still don't have clear info what was wrong with this delivery.Why didn't your send it again?”

Having looked into this matter, I can confirm that your shipment was marked for return to sender by the courier, as they reported being unable to access the delivery address.
Unfortunately, the shipment is still in the process of being returned to us, and international returns can take up to 35 working days to reach our warehouse.
As the title you originally ordered is currently out of stock, we were unable to arrange a replacement shipment. Given the significant delay already experienced, our customer service team issued a full refund rather than keeping you waiting any longer for your order.
We sincerely apologise that these circumstances have affected your order and understand how disappointing this must have been, especially given the occasion.
