Delivery never arrived, contacted scoffable and was told that the restaurant tried to deliver but there was no one there. Obviously can't read an address or use a satnav. Scoffable refused to issue a refund because the restaurant said they tried to deliver. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Whenever something like this happens with Just Eat, they have resolved within 24 hours. Scoffable should be renamed Laughable and avoided at all costs.

Delivery never came called the company to say I was told 30 mins after an hour I called them … they said to replace my order with just eat … no other communication was exchanged to inform us that our delivery would be coming … disappointing to say the least

Not a great service tbh. Waited 2hr 45 min for a delivery, when it did arrive refused to accept as I was just leaving for work, they have issues a refund but would definitely avoid using the service again in the future there's better delivery services out there which are more reliable.

Food took two hours to be delivered. Quality of food very poor and cold. Wonder how long it had been in the drivers car.

Great service and super fast iphone app, I always use Scoffable to order from my local takeaways.

Ordered using app only to get a txt 15min later to say that the takeaway had "closed without warning" which it hadn't and it would take up to 5 days for a refund????. Totally unacceptable.

Irserwd coronavirus the great walll in whitburn. Chips cold, chicken satay skewers warm (not hot) and very dry and no satay flavour! Called the Chinese and they said nothing they can do unless they pick it up. We already waited an hour and a half and it was in the plates. Was so looking forward to dinner tonight, but it was disgusting!!! Will not be back!!!

Was promised a refund on a delivery that wasn't received. A week later, I emailed because I hadn't received the refund and was informed that it hadn't been processed. VERY poor customer service. Will no longer be using this service

There is no accountability. They will not take ownership of their faults and allow small business to take the fall because of their actions. They knowingly long allow customers to lie about your business and refuse to rectify the situation all the while admitting to us that they know it is a lie. Their staff is rude and unprofessional, they refuse to help you sort out the menu of the business on their website. They’re machine is faulty and they will take no blame or consequences due to issues that is caused by the machine. They say you can respond to reviews on your site but they do not allow you to tell the customer the truth if it is the machines fault and therefore they do not post your review. They don’t have an actual site that you can review them properly which makes it harder for businesses to know what they are getting themselves into. As an owner of a small popular business, I would and will advise anyone not to go with scoffable. They are unprofessional and ill mannered. I think it would be worth paying extra for just eat. I would post the name of the business but scoffable would punish the company for that. Not a nice company at all.
