“Delivery never came called the company to say I was told 30 mins after an hour I called them … they said to replace my order with just eat … no other communication was exchanged to inform us that our delivery would be coming … disappointing to say the least”
“Not a great service tbh. Waited 2hr 45 min for a delivery, when it did arrive refused to accept as I was just leaving for work, they have issues a refund but would definitely avoid using the service again in the future there's better delivery services out there which are more reliable.”

Called the Chinese and they said nothing they can do unless they pick it up. We already waited an hour and a half and it was in the plates. Was so looking forward to dinner tonight, but it was disgusting!!! Will not be back!!!”
“Was promised a refund on a delivery that wasn't received. A week later, I emailed because I hadn't received the refund and was informed that it hadn't been processed. VERY poor customer service. Will no longer be using this service”
