“I ordered four items from them on November 20, 2017 that were supposed to be Christmas gifts and as of today January 2, 2018 I still do not have them... over 7 weeks! They took the money immediately and I’ve already paid the credit card bill but have yet to get my order. I have contacted them and they said they shipped on 12-7-18 and that they sent me an email... which they didn’t. I keep emailing them and they won’t respond. I spent almost $200 and I am a repeat customer... never again. ****************** 1-4-2018 Another day another email sent and no response to my email and no merchandise received yet. The last response I got was December 20th... see below. He basically blames me for not mailing these “express mail”... why would I think I needed to do that when I was ordering them over a month ahead of time on November 20th! Hi Jan, We got these out to you as fast as we were able to. We have one machine and i was here most nights till 10pm working through embroidery jobs. The order is on its way and its up to USPS how fast they can deliver it. We did have express mail options Rodger Moffet ScotClans Ltd www.scotclans.com”

“When there was difficulty with my order, ScotClans staff was very responsive and made sure that I received everything in a timely fashion. Was very impressed with the quick and helpful response. The quality of the wool tartan scarves was superb and reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend to others!”

“I was very please with the service and product from the Scotclans. I waited and left a very tight time frame ordering 3 Christmas present's in November. I had e-mailed the ScotsClan and let them know I was hoping to have them for presents. I had received noticed early December that the package was shipping out of Edinburgh. I received the package two days later in Canada. I am very happy with the quality of products as well. The material and colors are beautiful! Everyone was very very happy!”

“This was a gift for my mother who is extremely proud of her Scottish heritage. The clan history was as described in a nice quality frame. I thought the company/family bio was a lovely touch. I would definitely order again from your lovely family business.”

“I'm always confused to know if this is a history site or a kilt sales site. Regardless, pleased with both. Kiltmakery advertised a shawl sale. I wanted a district tartan that was NOT on the list of 500 but you found it anyway and it matches the sash from another vendor. Shipping was lightning fast to the USA.”

“I found just what I needed for a Christmas gift I was making. I phoned ScotClans to speak to someone just to be sure I was ordering the correct thing. They helped me to figure out just what I needed and made sure I had it in plenty of time for Christmas! I visited Scotland earlier this year and I was amazed that the prices were about the same on the website as they would have been if I had bought it while I was there!!”

“I was disappointed in the bow tie I ordered. It was listed as a "junior" size but it was too small for a 9 year old.....should be worn by a 5 year old or younger. I ordered the Hamilton plaid----which should be red and blue, but the material was more orange than red. It did not look like the Hamilton plaid that I know about. I was very disappointed.”
