“I live in New Zealand. You made a kilt for me a couple of years ago and I am absolutely delighted with it and it attracts comments whenever I wear it. I have just received two little polo shirts for my grandson's with their clan crest on the shirts and they are fantastic. I think you do a great job and it is very easy to order from you.”

“Very overpriced for such a cheap and nasty plaque, for that amount of money I would have expected the Crest to be placed on real Clan tartan, not impressed.”

Sorry but i totally disagree. Considering these are hand printed to order with the option to customise them the price is very reasonable. It is very clear on the site that its printed not a carved plaque with tartan background which cost twice the price of this one. You are of course welcome to return the plaque if you don't like it.

“Great communication and tracking of the package. Wonderful products! The pewter items are a nice heavy weight and you can tell they are well made! The wool tartan is a little stiff and not as soft as I would have hoped, but it came very well packaged.”

“I had questions before I made my purchase and Margaret at your company helped me greatly. She told me the clan which belonged to the surname I'm researching before I chose my items to purchase. The quality of the two items is excellent and I am sure that the recipient of these items will enjoy them for years to come. Thank you for your help. I had problems with our local postal service, but I finally got the Scotclans items today. So glad to get them.”

Hi. Your order was placed on the 1st (website advises 14 days turnaround on made to order items) Order dispatched on the 9th We upgraded to recorded deliver free of charge (tracking number KR711505803GB ) but delayed by Royal Mail (out of our control) RM attempted to deliver the package yesterday and left a note - order is with the delivery office. We have no records of emails received from you. please contact support@scotclans.com ASAP

Ronald - your order was dispatched on September 9th, an email was sent on that date to the address you registered with. You placed the order on the 5th so this was turned round in three working days, far less than we advise on the site. If you have a specific problem please email us directly at support@scotclas.com.

“I decided to phone my order through as I needed some advice on Clans.I spoke to a helpful,friendly and courteous lady.As my order was a last minute gift idea she was honest and said it was unlikely that I would receive my order in time for the occasion it was needed for especially as there was engraving involved. However, to my delight my order arrived only a few days later and I was able to give my gift on time.The recipient was delighted! I was impressed with the service and the quality of the product,so much so that I rang to say thank you and spoke to the person who took my order.She was equally pleased! I would definitely shop with you again.”

“my order was picked up today. Am very happy with the stole. Well made and the right size. Love the FRASER colours. Handkerchiefs are very good too, very well stitched and colours good though I would have liked it a wee bit bigger. All in all very satified with my order. Thank you.”
