“I am very pleased with the quality of the Ladies Wool Tartan Sash I ordered from Scotclans. The Pointed Celtic Scarf Ring came with an interesting card explaining the significance and history of it's design. I received my order very quickly. Customer service was excellent. I will certainly order from Scotclans in the future.”

“I had a specific idea of what I wanted, and ScotClans made it happen. The website made it easy to find the item, choose our clan, and check out. I had to use another service to calculate my total in USD, but otherwise it was all very easy. I received the tie last week and can't wait to give it to my dad for Christmas!”

“As a Scottish gal living in the U.S. I have to say that the lambs wool scarf has arrived, and you have done me proud. I am giving it as a Christmas gift to a friend who has Scottish heritage, and I could not be more pleased, with the scarf . Also the prompt delivery which was much speedier than expected. The staff were more than courteous and extremely helpful. I am proud to be part of such an industrious and wonderful people. Thank you so much I will be back again and again to order more goods. “Roger and Amanda supplied a brilliant service when I needed a clan broach to hold the tarten on my wife's coffin. They had the broach to me within 48hrs of taking the order over the phone. What excellent service. I would recommend them to everyone.”

“I called from the United States, and left a message. Scotclans gave me a return call the next morning. I asked about a custom order with a different plaid that was online, and they were able to provide it, but said it would take a few more days. From the time I ordered until I received the order was about a week. Shipping was overnight at a very reasonable price. And finally, the product was perfect! Thank you!”
