“I accepted a quotation and paid a deposit for roofing works, which were later confirmed to take place on a specific date with an expected arrival time.
On the agreed day, no one attended the property and no prior notice or update was provided, despite clear weather conditions and follow-up emails sent on the day.
We had also arranged access with our neighbour in advance, as requested, and remained at the property awaiting attendance. Unfortunately, the appointment was not honoured.
Disappointing experience due to the lack of attendance and communication.”
